“ Oh boy! I don't drink coffee, so I haven't been here before now! I ordered waffles at their take out window! They were piping hot and extremely tasty! For take out. You get a little cup of whipped butter and a little packet of pancake syrup. I was blown away at the quality of the waffle. Pardon me for being a little feral, but when I eat waffles, I like to put a little butter, and a tiny amount of syrup or powdered sugar on it, fold it and eat it like pizza or a hand held sandwich! So I did just that! The waffle was fluffy and full of flavor. You know how some waffles seem "thin and full of holes"? These waffles are a little more dense, they are rectangular, definitely think like a Belgian waffle, and again, very high quality. I'm especially excited to try these again and enjoy them inside the restaurant! These waffles seem like a perfect breakfast for the days you just want something wholesome. They are the ultimate comfort food, and would be great to cut into sticks for a kid! The story behind this restaurant warms my heart and I love it when home town kids make it big in this world! Keep up the great work!! I will be back and bring friends next time! Also: they do serve a gourmet waffle that is made into a breakfast sandwich... so tempting! The building is really clean, and rather simple. It's quite a pleasure to be there! Thanks again! ”

“ This cute, little coffee & waffle place was NOT here in Grain Valley when I last lived here! It was a very pleasant surprise indeed. ^_^ Customer service was humble and professional. Grace and Kevin, the lovely people working there today were awesome and comfortable to visit with as I enjoyed my little icy drink. I got myself a small, vanilla frappe with almond milk, and it was delightful! The straw it was served with was a lot bigger than I was used to haha! But no matter! That place is sweet and I definitely plan on returning in the near future for another drink to try! Along with their waffles! Such a nice combo. Their lobby was clean, well lit, and roomy! Their menu isn't overwhelming, and they open at a comfortable, early hour, which I appreciate a lot! I'll be back Joeshmoes! And that name.. xD I love it! ”
